PICCS Webinar Series

- South Carolina Teacher Advancement Program
On December 5, 2007, Jason Culbertson of the South Carolina Teacher Advancement Program (SCTAP) presented to the PICCS Advisory Team about SCTAP’s successful performance incentive program. SCTAP began in 2002 and currently includes 43 schools. Download Culbertson’s PowerPoint presentation on SCTAP.
